Fast paced, 45 minute workout

Fitness Kickboxing is a high paced, 45 minute workout, that consists of a blend of Muay Thai drills and strength and conditioning exercises. Our Fitness Kickboxing program is ideal for anyone that is bored of traditional gyms or classes. We combine a lot of bag work with HIIT exercises to keep your heart rate up and burn calories. No experience necessary, just boxing gloves and a good attitude.
